Having burned a week with a Kabota dealership in Chesterfield, I turned to Schweissguth hoping they would sell me a mower. I worked with Louis who was excellent with customer service. He was willing to come out and check out my lawn, last minute, and also willing to sell me the mower (chesterfield wouldn't; you can read my review I posted there).
